What time should we arrive?

Your booked time slot is a session time to see Santa and will be shown on your booking receipt.  You are welcome to arrive anytime, Hollybush Garden Centre is open from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Saturday and 10.15 am to 4.15 pm on Sundays.

Please be aware that there will be multiple children booked within each 15 minute slot - the timings simply allow us to manage the queue for you.

How long will we have to wait?

Please be aware that there will be multiple children booked within each 15 minute slot - the timings simply allow us to manage the queue for you.  We will keep queuing time to a minimum and there will be activities to entertain the children along the way.

Where is Santa’s Grotto?

This year Santas Grotto is situated outside the nursery hall, under the covered walkways, next to the real Christmas trees.  Please ensure you are wrapped up warm in case there is a short wait!

If I have booked the wrong date or time, can I move my ticket or get a refund?

All bookings are non refundable.  Please ensure that you make the correct booking for the correct date and time.

If you lose your ticket or haven’t received the email please contact grotto@hollybush-garden.com providing the surname the booking was made in and booking reference given at the time of booking.

Do I have to pay to park?

We have free parking for 500 cars.

Can I take my pushchair in the Grotto?

We have any pushchair park area to leave your pushchair, if necessary we can accommodate 1 pushchair per booking into the Grotto.

Can children visit Santa alone?

All children must be accompanied by an adult, there is a maximum of 2 adults per child booking.

What age group is the Grotto suitable for?

We would recommend children aged 2+ but the Grotto is suitable for children of all ages.  Under 1's accompanying a paying child are free, providing they are observers only and do not receive a gift.

Is there wheelchair access?

There is wheelchair access, please contact our customer service team: grotto@hollybush-garden.com so we can ensure any arrangements are in place.

Can I purchase a ticket in-store or on the day?

We cannot sell tickets instore now & tickets can only be purchased online.

Advance booking is recommended as key dates sell out quickly. Book now to avoid disappointment.

Where a session is shown as 'Sold Out' – We are sorry, there are no more tickets available for that time.

Can I take my own photos in the Grotto?

You may take photos in the Grotto if time permits.  Alternatively there are lots of photo opportunities throughout the store.

What happens if I miss my Grotto session?

Unfortunately if you miss your Grotto visit we are unable to add you onto another session.  We will arrange for a goody bag for your child to be available for collection from our information desk.  Please email our Grotto team grotto@hollybush-garden.com with details of your missed booking.
